Missing Person: Hartanto Teguh Santoso, Male, Native Place: WashingtonKirkland, Santoso was last seen on February 19, 2001 in the the Four Cedars Apartments complex located in the 10000 block of Northeast 117th Court, Kirkland, Washington. Neighbors reported hearing a fight in his apartment the night of his disappearance. He was reported missing the following day when a neighbor noticed his door was open. Police found signs of a struggle in his apartment and blood inside and outside the apartment. An back window was broken.His car was located the following day parked at the Sea-Tac Airport parking garage. Police found his blood on the passenger compartment of the vehicle. They checked airport-monitoring cameras and flight records but found no trace of him. Santoso immigrated from Indonesia in 1997.
